		<description>No change as yet - as far as I know. BUT - the tax assessor has lowered property taxes on about 70000 homes this year in Contra Costa County. You combine that with today&#039;s low prices - and you will probably wind up saving on property taxes regardless of the move.

		<description>I have been watching for the Prop 60 results.  We want to move into the CC County but would lose our Prop 13. I read some time ago where you were trying to get seniors a one time move to take the prop 13 with them. Did this ever get passed.  We are ready to move if so.
