Homes Are Flying Off the Market
Homes for Sale in Danville, San Ramon & Pleasanton
Our listing at 3170 Gulfstream in Plesanton had multiple offers the first week and is in escrow. A coming soon listing in Danville already has several interested buyers, one wants us to sell his existing home so he can move up. Our listing in Dublin closed last week as well as a townhome in Concord.
We wrote offers for three buyers this weekend and have a San Ramon buyer set to close next week.
In our team meeting this morning, fellow agents reported open houses drawing up to 60 people this weekend. In addition, our fellow agents are also reporting a lot of sales activity.
The sweet-spot seems to be around the $700K to $800K price point, but multiple offers are being reported up to the $1.3 million range. Activity continues in the foreclosure, short sale end of the market, but most of the activity we are reporting does not involve short sales or REOs.
It appears that the home selling season is heating up.
