One home closed escrow in the popular sub division Hansen Hill – The Ridge up in the hills on the Westside of Dublin. The home, a ‘short sale’ property, sold in December for the amazing price of $665,000. Here are the details:
- 10753 Inspiration Circle; 2936 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3,5 baths and a 3 car garage. This ‘short sale’ was listed at $730,784, and as said, sold for $65,000 under the asking price!
