Realtors' Marketing Meeting in San Ramon

I videoed a few clips at the Realtors' Marketing Association in San Ramon today. First I caught Tom Proell having breakfast – Tom is moving to the Virgin Islands in August.

Then Chris Manzi received the affiliate of the quarter for his assistance to the RMA. Chris has taken over the Internet and technology duties for the association.

And then there is the interest rate story. As you may recall, Mike Taconni and I discussed the inevitability of rising interest rates for mortgages a few weeks ago. It appears that the future arrived sooner than expected.
