October Overview of Homes For Sale in Twin Creeks San Ramon

Twin Creeks on the Westside of I680 is one of the largest and most popular residential areas in San Ramon. The neighborhood has some 1500 homes and is situated in between San Ramon Valley Boulevard (parallel to I680), Crow Canyon Road and Bollinger Canyon Road.

Most of the homes are built by Dame starting in the late 1960’s and continuing into the next decades. There is a wide variety of homes: condominiums, townhomes, duets and single family homes ranging from 1200-3000 square feet. The variety in lot sizes, wide streets, greenbelts and mature landscaping attracted a lot of home buyers over the years. Twin Creeks is part of the San Ramon Unified School District and offers top rated school. The area is close to shopping, restaurants, a movie theatre and the I680 freeway.

  • 630 Abrigo Ct. A duet with 1731 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 2,5 baths is listed at $489,946.
  • 300 Alora is also a short sale. 1587 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths is listed at $609,000.
  • 3849 Aragon Ln is listed at $855,000; 2585 sq.ft., 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a 3 car garage. Spacious home on a large 12,100 sq.ft. lot. Great cul de sac location. Large flat backyard with beautiful pool.

4 homes closed escrow in October; 1 townhome, 1 duet and 2 single family homes:

  • 441 Carillo Court, 954 square feet with 2 bedrooms,1 bath sold for $275,000 which was the asking price.
  • 655 Abrigo Court, 1281 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths sold for $425,000, $25,000 over asking price.
  • 3111 Sombrero Circle, 1708 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths sold for slightly under asking price at $533,000
  • 12 Little Creek Court, 2368 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths sold for asking price at $669,900; this home was an REO, bank owned property.
