Non-Stop Action at Danville Open House
Greenbrook Open House and Price Attracting Buyers
I've been holding an open house today, Saturday, April 18, at our listing – 246 Greenbrook Drive, Danville, California.
The traffic has been nonstop – maybe 20 groups. About half were neighbors, but at least half of them were checking out the house for friends or relatives thinking of moving into the Greenbrook neighborhood.
As Danville residents know, Greenbrook is one of the neighborhoods many families prefer because of the schools and the "Mayberry" feel to the neighborhood – lot's of social activity and the kids still run in and out of each other's homes like the good old days.
The other half of the visitors are buyers – about half of which, I would consider serious (buying within the next 3 to 4 months).
246 Greenbrook Drive is 3100 square feet with lots of upgrades and the backyard is perfect for children and adults – lots of room for playing and entertaining.
