PG&E Relocation Neighborhoods

pge san ramon crow canyonI was talking with Paul Mees the other day about some of the local neighborhoods that might appeal to the PG&E employees relocating to San Ramon or Danville.

Paul had mentioned in his shark attack post about the construction activity at the corner of Crow Canyon and Alcosta where PG&E will be leasing.

It’s only one block up to El Capitan and the neighborhoods surrounding the Crow Canyon Country Club. These neighborhoods like: Crow Canyon Estates, Greenbrook and Shadow Hills are excellent locations for families with school age children.

A couple of miles south on Alcosta there are a couple of neighborhoods that we think will see significant appreciation with the completion of the San Ramon City Center project (City Center PDF).

For singles or couples there are condo developments like Siena Hills and Reflections in San Ramon, that could also experience appreciation as a result of the City Center.

PG&E couldn’t have picked a more conventient location for it’s employees. Those who decide to relocate will have a wide variety of neighborhoods to choose from and many of them will be a short commute with no freeway time.

[...] The gent in the wild shirt in the center of the picture above is Alex who is a pretty wild and funny guy. Behind him in black is Marisa who was ecstatic at having been to several successful interviews recently. It appears that PG&E may make her an offer she won’t be able to refuse. This on top of another offer. Multiple offers! We love those in real estate also. (We’ve written about PG&E’s upcoming expansion at Bishop Ranch.) [...]
