Looking at the median home price in Danville for 8/08 compared to 8/07, we see that the median priced dropped 11% - in San Ramon about 7%. The interest rate on a 30 year mortgage was almost identical Aug. to Aug - 1/10 of a percent difference. Shopper – you got me there.
