Shadow Hills Danville California
Relocating to Shadow Hills in Danville, CA
When working with relocation clients we usually get the request to specifically show homes in the Greenbrook area in Danville. This request is understandable since this neighborhood is a popular area to live with mature trees, wide streets and larger homes on big lots.
Shadow HIlls and the greater Greenbrook neighborhood have many parks and the convenience of the Crow Canyon Country Club. There are two award-winning elementary schools: Baldwin Elementary and Greenbrook Elementary, and award-winning Charlotte Wood Middle School located next to Osage Park.
Greenbrook is divided in several smaller neighborhoods, all with their own home owners association, some even with their own pool, greenbelt, play area, club house and tennis courts; the fees are relatively low, just a few hundred dollars per year. One of these neighborhoods is Shadow Hills that is nestled in the hills overlooking the San Ramon Valley.
Shadow Hills was built by Dame between 1975 and 1978 and is located off El Capitan Drive. The homes range in size from 1700 sq ft – 2600 sq ft.Many of the homes were built on courts with amazing views and/or back to open space. Tranquility and nature are both guaranteed ingredients for a wonderful outdoor Californian lifestyle in this wonderful neighborhood.
Our experience is that not only people that are relocating to Danville prefer this area but also people that have been living in this area and would like to upgrade to a bigger home would love to stay in the Shadow Hills of greater Greenbrook neighborhood.
