Villa Teggiole for Sale
When we decided to build a house in Italy just above Riva del Garda people often asked me why we picked that specific location and how we found this unique piece of land.
When I was a child in Holland, I went to visit family in Torbole, the village next to Riva. It is one of those typical spots that you usually only see on postcards. I have always loved going there and every time I go back it feels like coming home.
During the 18 years that I worked for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines I traveled all over the world for business and pleasure. For three years I was based in Milan for work and since it is only a two hour drive I used every free moment to visit the lake.
When you get off the freeway you take a small road that ends at the top of the mountain before you drive down to the lake – the view is breath taking. One of the most beautiful places I have ever seen.
When Ginny and I were looking for a home in Europe we checked out several countries in Southern Europe but no place could beat the vila site above Lake Garda.
Many families have spent time at our villa and everybody agrees with us that the location, the home and the views are spectacular.

Villa Teggiole
Diese wunderschöne italienischen Villa liegt auf dem Hügel
mit Blick auf Riva del Garda. Sie war spezialangefertigt,
und im Dezember 2006 vervollständigt. Die aktuellen
Besitzer hatten ursprünglich geplant dorthin zu wohnen,
und sie bauten sie dementsprechend. Ihre Plänen haben sich
verändert und nun sie verkaufen das Haus mit oder ohne
Ausstattung. Es ist auf den vorausgegehenden Mietenseiten
gut beschrieben, und wenn ein Käufer interessiert würde,
sie öffnen sich, die Villa ausgestattet zu verkaufen. Sie
haben die Villa als Ferienwohnung benutzt und erfolgreich
