Grant Stubblefield is Mapping the East Bay

Yesterday, Paul and I met with Grant Stubblefield, owner of Community Marketing Group in Moraga California.

Grant is mapping the downtown areas of East Bay communities. His first project was for the Moraga Chamber of Commerce – Shop Moraga First. His current project is mapping downtown Walnut Creek. Taking a look at the current state of development – the site is much slicker, more sophisticated and ambitious than the Moraga project.

Grant's maps are more like the directory boards you find in big shopping malls. Businesses are color coded. If you are looking for a place to eat, you can click on restaurants and see all the restaurants in Walnut Creek or you can click on Indian food and the two Indian restaurants in the downtown area will highlight. You can also click on the parking button and see all of the parking lots and garages.
