Homes for Sale in Danville California – Magee Ranch Homes for Sale

Magee Ranch is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Danville tucked away in the hills in between Blackhawk and Diablo. The development was built by Broadmore Homes between 1992 and 1998 and is located off Blackhawk Road and Magee Ranch Road. The homes with an East Coast look range in size from 2700 sq ft – 4000 sq ft. The local schools are Green Valley Elementary, Los Cerros Middle and Monte Vista High.

Magee Ranch is close to I-680 and Blackhawk Plaze; this elegant shopping center features several great restaurants, high end shops and a movie theater.

In the last couple of weeks there were nine homes for sale in Magee Ranch (Danville, California). Two homes are Sale Pending and two homes in Magee Ranch closed escrow. The five homes that are currently for sale are all good size homes with three car garages and they were all built in 1996.

• 103 Leafield Road is a 3986 square feet, 4 bedroom and 3,5 bath home that sold for $1,320,000 in only nine days.
• 29 Brightwood Circle took a little longer to sell but 4540 square feet this is a bigger home; it sold for $1,860,000. The property has 4 bedrooms and 4,5 baths.
