I'm sure the city thinks – REVENUE. The citizens might be thinking more along the lines of TRAFFIC or CRIME. The police already attribute some of the crime in the area of Hacienda Crossings to the BART factor.

If the Oakland Raiders move to Dublin, CA – it may give the housing market a little boost, but overall it may have a huge negative impact on the entire area in terms of traffic. Can you imagine the 580/680 interchange after a game? Has anyone called Congressman McNerney to alert him to a possible setback in his plans to clear up gridlock on 580?
