Glorious Morning
It's a GLORIOUS morning in the San Ramon Valley!
To me, having moved down from the mountains of Utah, it was a mild winter. Locals seem to agree, but still – it seems like Spring is in the air.
I'm off to Oakland today for a three day non-residential retreat with the Ridhwan School. These retreats are always impressive.
I'll be up early to try and keep the Harper Team site ahead of the curve on local real estate news and trends.
I've updated the local MLS stats for this past week earlier this morning. There's nothing dramatic, but it does appear that we are moving toward Spring with more listings coming on the market. The real question is – how many serious buyers will be coming out of hibernation.
And now – out into Friday commute traffic!
