Housing Inventory Continues to Plumment

Homes for Sale in San Ramon, Dublin and Pleasanton, CA

Housing inventory in San Ramon, Dublin and Pleasanton, California continues to drop like a rock. Active listings in Danville, CA are declining, but not as rapidly as some of its neighboring communities. Walnut Creek, CA continues to chug along with active listings and pending sales still far apart.

The MLS shows active listings for Dublin CA down to 81 total. That's not much of a choice for home buyers looking for homes for sale in Dublin.
