Wow! I am extremely impressed with your presentation of this! Congratulations !
Hi John- Your presentation did exactly what I’ve been working on recently and that is to communicate succinctly what we do to market a property online “in plain english”
All in all, our internet marketing plans are quite similar, which reaffirms my belief that we’re doing the right things to set our services apart from the rest of our competitors.
So many agents either forget that an overwhelming majority of home buyers do quite a bit of research online before taking action, or just don’t know any better.
While it’s important to market our listings within a variety of online classified services, it’s also key to know where a majority of our referral traffic is coming from as a result of our efforts so that we can focus more of our resources there.
A Top Dollar Marketing Plan. Excellent presentation. Thank you for sharing your real estate broker tips with on How to Market a House to Internet Home Buyers.
Great Job. We need more Real Estate sites like this. If I had a home in the East Bay I would use you. Opening in Denver anytime soon?
Excellent idea, but doesn’t execute well. I don’t think consumers will understand that they need to click the forward button to move through the presentation. I never did get audio, so maybe the clicking thing is a glitch today. Thought it might be my firefox, so I tried it in IE, with the same problems.
Carly – Thanks for the alert. It seems the service I use to host the audio files is down. Hopefully they will be back up sometime today!
Back today through the Tips for Agents post and totally wow’d by your presentation. I can see that the kudos in the presentation are all well deserved. Way to go, Team!
