HomeFolio the East Bay's Premiere Fine Homes Magazine
Kirk Bailey of HomeFolio magazine held a client appreciation reception at Vic Stewart's in Walnut Creek, CA yesterday evening. HomeFolio is the premiere print medium for fine homes and top-producing agents in the East Bay.
In just a few short months, Kirk has created a very successful medium for local Realtors to promote their listings and services to communities along the I-680 corridor. The Alamo, Danville, Blackhawk, Diablo, San Ramon issue has been very successful for HarperMees & Associates.
HomeFolio’s first issue for Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda was mailed last week. The image above shows Kirk (far right) chatting with client Patty Kleiber of RPM Mortgage.
Here we see Cathy Lee of CLDesign Services – most likely blogging from her phone. Cathy has become a blog celebrity in staging circles and on Active Rain.
Kirk knows how to throw a party – no one left unimpressed with the party, HomeFolio, or the results HomeFolio is producing.

I really feel Home Folio is a “TEAM” effort between myself and my clients to bring value to buyers & sellers. I’m blessed to have great clients that understand effective marketing is needed NOW more than ever before.
I often consider my advertisers the modern day “Winter Soldiers” of real estate. To paraphrase Thomas Paine, “These are the times that try men’s soul’s. The summer soldier and the sunshine REALTOR will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his client; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of buyers & sellers everywhere.”
