Loan Update

This in today from one of our lenders: 

#1)  100% financing still exists. 1 Loan up to 750K stated/verified with 700 credit score and no mi option. Conventional Financing.

#2) 100% to $1 Million, 660 Credit score, 2 months PITI, 1st time homebuyers ok with 12 month rental history. Conventional financing.

#3) CalHFA. Must be 1st time buyer, 620 credit score. Rates down to 5.125%. Income and purchase limits for different counties.

#4) NHF Program. 620 credit score, Can go below 620 credit. 4% GRANT available. $600k purchase….24k grant (does not have to be paid back). 40 year loan with first 10 years I/O. Income and purchase limits for different counties. Also allows 3% seller contribution.

    I like that you give specific numbers; too many Realtors are scared to commit! This shows you are open with your clients! It’s amazing how different financing can be between states- California is a little more strict than Texas.
