Yesterday at Mo Anderson's ALC Clinic in San Ramon, CA, I managed to get a few minutes of one-on-one video with Mo. Mo is Co-Chairman of the Board of Keller Williams Realty.
I was interested in Mo's take on the current market and what new and existing agents shold be focusing on.

John, nice interview with Mo. Since this is being posted on our website where clients and interested homeowners and home buyers can see it, I wanted to clarify why lead generation is not only important to the agents Mo was speaking to but also our potential clents. When we lead generate we are constantly building our list of potential buyers and many times when we list a property for a new client we will be able to promote and somtimes sell that property to our in-house buyer list even before it hits the MLS. This is just one way The Harper Mees Team’s constant focus on lead generation benefits our seller clients.
