New Real Estate Listings
Real estate professionals in the communities of Alamo, Danville, San Ramon, Dublin and Pleasanton, CA meet every week to present new listings and buyers’ wants and needs. A lot of real estate transacitons happen as a result of this networking.
As a homeowner, this is one of the benefits to using a professional real estate agent. This type of exposre jump-starts the sales process and is often responsible for quick sales.
As a buyer, you benefit because now you have a couple of hundred real estate professionals informed of what your needs are. Often real estate agents have “coming soon” properties in the pipeline. Every week, we see agents representing buyers hooking up with an agent that just informed the group of a coming soon property.
This week’s listings presented at the Realtors Marketing Association (Alamo, Danville, San Ramon) and the Valley Marketing Association (Dublin, Pleasanton) included:
We follow new listings closer to keep our buyers up-to-date on what is happening in the local markets. After the weekly meetings agents go on Brokers’ Tour where they have an opportunity to view the properties.
