Real Estate Collaborative Specialist – Divorce

Three of our team members – Craig, Tracey & Ginny – have earned the RCS-D (Real Estate Collaborative – Divorce) certification.

The RCS-D approach teaches real estate professionals how to promote a collaborative approach to selling a home in a divorce situation.

Divorcing homeowners need to break free from joint debt & joint ownership especially in regards to the family house!

We leverage the expertise of divorce and real estate-related professionals (e.g. law, finance/tax, emotional/psychological with home inspection, home improvement, home staging, etc.) in the “best interest of the house” – and each divorcing spouse.

Divorce does not automatically cancel or sever joint mortgage or any joint ownership of your house. The most dangerous asset in divorce is…the HOUSE.
