  • low value of the dollar-low interest rates
  • ample inventory of homes for sale
  • home values have decreased substantially due to the increased number of foreclosures
  • there is still a big demand for rental properties

Our team member Paul Mees is a native of The Netherlands and has a background of working in many foreign countries.
