Like many other Bay Area bloggers, real estate agents and others, I was at Fluid last night in San Francisco for Redfin's coming out party for SocketSite.I had a great conversation with Karim Tahawi of MyCurrency about the importance of local intel for the real estate client.
I had a good time mixing it up with people and even though Pat (TransparentRE) seems to think snapping pics in a bar is "outre," I did my best to help him get over it. (Pat, you forgot to introduce me to Mike Simenson!)
I present here a group of 20 attendees and their names. The person who can match the names with the photos will win a $50 Starbucks gift card. You can email me your entry (in case of a tie, I will have Pat draw the winner).
Of course, there is one hurdle I need to overcome – even I can't match all the faces at this point in time. It's an interesting curiosity to me that people attend mixer's, party's and networking gatherings and don't bring business cards or they have a card but no picture of them on it and even some with no website address. Is it just me that finds this strange?

This sounds like quite the challenge. Unfortunately, I’d only be able to get about half of them without doing some more research or guessing. Being a non-coffee/other Starbucks-drink person, I wouldn’t have nearly as much use for the prize as many others. This comment may help someone out though!
