Months of Inventory for Danville, San Ramon, Pleasanton…

The Months of Inventory for March 2010 in the twenty-seven communities measured on average is 1.81, up slightly +6% compared to February, 1.71, with seventeen communities showing more Months of Inventory and ten with less.

Homes of sale inventory remains low in almost all communities.  For Danville, San Ramon, Alamo, and Walnut Creek number is only 2.06 months.  The lowest average is for Pittsburg, Antioch, Brentwood, and Oakley showing 1.03 months.
