Our Dublin listing on Inspiration Circle went into escrow on the 4th day. We've written a great deal on what it takes to sell a home quickly for top dollar in this market:

This home went pending quickly because the home owners were realistic about the market and were willing to invest in the right preparations. Good marketing and Internet exposure helped to drive a lot of traffic and interest – resulting in multiple offers. 

One of the smart choices the sellers made was in choosing Cathy Lee of CLDesign Services to stage the home.
