If someone is going to sell your home and charge you 2%, they are probably only worth 2%, if they decide to imprve their service and gain experience and feel as though they are then worth 3%, they will begin to charge 3% because that is what they are worth. When it comes to selling your valuable assest, it's not worth the risk to work with anything less than the very best professional you can find. The commission rate may be higher, but the result will be as well.
