The Harper-Mees Team Referral Network System 

The Harper-Mees Team has a passion for networking and we consider it as one of our major revenue streams. We are continuously looking for agents that we can add to our referral network. In fact, we believe in it so much, that we want you to help us reach other agents.

Two-Tier Referral Fees 

When an agent refers a client to us we pay a 25% referral fee. When we ask that agent how he or she heard of us, if they mention another agent referred them to us, we pay that agent a second-tier 5% referral fee. 

In the San Ramon Valley of California real estate (single family homes) start out at about $750K. Most of our trade-up buyers are moving into houses priced between $900K and $1.4 million.
