Looking for a $600K Neighborhood
This past weekend, while holding an open house, I had several people come through that were looking more in the $600K to $650K price range. The house I was showing was in the $750K range.
I asked the buyers if they had looked in San Ramon and both sets said they hadn’t, they wanted to stay further north near Walnut Creek and the BART Station.
San Ramon, CA has some great deals less than $700K. The neighborhood south of Montevideo to Pine Valley Drive has a great selection of houses on large lots that can handle additions of 1000 to 1500 square feet and still leave a lot of yard for the kids.
There are some great bank owned properties in this area as well.
