With all the bad news in the media, you might think no one is buying or selling homes and condos these days. In mid-September, I wrote about how we sold a Danville, California home in 3 days (full price).

Two weeks ago, we represented a buyer on a Walnut Creek home. The entire transaction process took 13 days from the time we met the buyer.

This week, we have a Concord home in escrow before we could get in listed on the MLS (minus 2 days). I have yet to post it on our site which I should do just so I can say we sold it.

Cathy Lee of CLDesign Services helped the owners de-clutter and stage the home which helped to make a good first impression. She wrote about it on her ActiveRain blog.

Homes are selling in Concord, Danville, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Walnut Creek and everywhere else. There’s a stampede going on in Antioch and Brentwood as investors gobble up foreclosures. I’ll be writing a post about the Antioch and Brentwood opportunities soon.
